Requirements:
    The Microsoft .NET framework (version 1.0 or better) must be installed.
Installing:
  

Firstly, you need to be aware that this is a Microsoft .NET application. This means that you need to have the Microsoft .NET framework on your machine to be able to use it. If you don't already have it, then the easiest way to install it is to go to the WindowsUpdate site; select the Microsoft .NET Framework; and update your machine. Another option is to download and install the .NET runtime from here.

Once the framework is on your machine you may download XML Viewer.


Note on Viruses:
All files were checked at the time of creation with the latest versions of McAfee VirusScanTM and PC-CillinTM, and were found to be clean, but you are of course encouraged to check them again yourself. Most virus-scanners will check them while they're being downloaded.
